Site Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
* Ensure construction work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
* Monitor and maintain quality, safety, and environmental standards at the site.
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
* Manage material usage, delivery schedules, and inventory on site.
* Maintain site records including daily progress reports, attendance, and work logs.
* Report project progress, issues, and deviations to project management regularly.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and safety standards.
* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle site challenges effectively.
